TheTin were approached by start up company, ikeepfit with a concept set to revolutionise how people workout at home.

Following six months of planning, development and testing the website was launched in early 2011.

Using a combination of intuitive Flash elements and streaming HD video the final site allows users to workout in the comfort of their own home, monitor their progress and provides hundreds of recipes with nutrition planning.

The technology behind the site uses the Facebook Graph API to allow users to easily register and share their progress with their friends. They also have the option to share their workouts using the simple drag and drop interface.
