Ronnie Wood Strategy and build

TheTin have been working with rock n roll legend, Ronnie Wood since 2007 producing two versions of his personal website. The engine behind the site is a vast database of content containing information about his record releases, gigs and also his art.

Arguably most famous for being a Rolling Stone, Ronnie’s music legacy stretches back to the early sixties when he played with a number of other groups including The Yardbirds, The Jeff Beck Group and of course, the Faces.

As a treat for hardcore fans the original website contained an interactive virtual Gypsy Caravan that contained exclusive audio and video content available only to registered users.

The caravan was created in Flash with footage of Ronnie introducing the content shot and composited by TheTin with the caravan based upon photographs of Ronnie’s actual caravan created in 3D by our partners, Three Blind Mice.

In 2010 Ronnie requested a website refresh to coincide with the launch of his Absolute Classic Rock radio show and Liberty’s of London clothing range.

The new look and feel was designed and developed by TheTin and presented to Ronnie for approval. The existing website was "re-skinned" providing a fresh look whilst utilising the existing content.
