After a review the existing infrastructure and data management systems, TheTin consulted on architecture and platform issues and developed bespoke applications to deliver technological advantage that will facilitate, streamline and futureproof their data management and communications across the board.
Central Europe, Middle East and Asia (CEMEA)
The growth in the premium cardholder spend in emerging and mature markets in CEMEA led Visa CEMEA’s marketing team to brief their digital agency to build stronger differentiation across its premium portfolio and to create a richer cardholder experience in local markets.
With technical consultancy, development and implementation by TheTin, three distinct websites have been devised to promote the benefits of Visa’s three premium cards to prospective clients and provide information about bespoke features and services to existing cardholders, and are available in English, Russian and Arabic.
Tim Harper, co-founder and director of TheTin comments on the challenges of such an extensive project; “The Visa CEMEA Premium Cards project is unique in complexity because of the variety of languages and cultures that required bespoke solutions. Our Content Management System was customised after consultation with the visa.com team to minimise integration issues with the global system. The outcome was an offers database that was technologically in line with global group requirements yet be able to accommodate CEMEAs regional marketing and language requirements”.
The Content Management tool enables Visa CEMEAs marketing teams to reward their customers by selecting regionally appropriate promotions from globally negotiated offers and push them to the three different card sites in the relevant language. It also allows for consumer customisation. By selecting preferences the card holder can tailor the promotional offers to their personal interests and receive email updates about new promotions available through the website.
