    means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("Data Subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person and where referred to in this policy includes special categories of personal data.

This is information about you that you give us by contacting us via our website at www.thetin.net (“our site”) or by corresponding with us by telephone, e-mail or otherwise. The information you give us may include your name, address, e-mail address and phone number, financial and credit card information, and personal description.

This is information we receive about you from third parties, including Pearlfinder Ltd which provides us with information about potential new customers, and analytics providers such as Google Analytics.   6. Third-Party Processors
    1. Our carefully selected partners and service providers may process personal information about you on our behalf as described below: Digital Marketing Service Providers We periodically appoint digital marketing agents to conduct marketing activity on our behalf, such activity may result in the compliant processing of personal information.  Our appointed data processors include: Prospect Global Ltd (trading as Sopro) Reg.   7. Where we store your Personal Data
    1. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transactions will be encrypted.
      a. Personal Data collected and used by our office located in New York may be stored in, and (if applicable) transferred to, the United States. By accepting this Privacy Policy you explicitly consent to us storing, and (if applicable) transferring, your Personal Data in and to the United States, such transfer being necessary for the purposes of your use of our site and our services.
      b. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your Personal Data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
